I knew roughly thirty actors by face or wristband. The top-floor void room was pitch black and accessed through one locked door. Milo, our security guard, did a walk-round every forty minutes. I clocked his route by habit. Third night in, at exactly quarter past eight, I glimpsed a figure at the void room doorway.
